I recently moved into the building, and I must say, the experience has been exceptional from the start. The staff here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Walter and Antonio, in particular, have been outstandingthey're always responsive and eager to help with any inquiries or concerns. The entire staffs professionalism and dedication have truly made my move-in process smooth and hassle-free. I'm grateful for their assistance and look forward to living here.

Have lived here for two and a half years and we love it. Walter and the building staff always help in a timely manner whenever something needs to be fixed in our apartment. The doormen are excellent too. The amazing rooftop and amenities also make the building a great place to host guests.

Walter, the Resident Manager (super), is an absolute gem. He is incredibly professional and always a delight to work with, highly skilled and uniquely competent, and he possesses an expansie knowledge of home repair and maintenance issues. He consistently responds quickly when issues arise and capably resolves them. Additionally, he has been kind enough to help me with several non-urgent personal requests, such as installing an additional outlet and a Toto toilet system, both of which were done perfectly and quickly. Walter alone is worth the Anagram's rent.
