Prism at Park Avenue South Apartments

I visited Prism at Park Ave., South. I wanted to look at a few units in the building they were all overpriced Even worst was the elevators which were so small bad for risking getting Covid and you have to all swipe a key in the same location placing me in high risk of catching Covid it seemed extremely dangerous to move into a high-rise with the smallest elevator I’ve ever seen. You can’t stand more than 2 feet away from someone. I asked one of the doorman about the building and in a low whisper they told me “don’t waste your money cause it’s a rip off. And the management are the worst also in every way possible”. Lucking they hired great doorman who saved me a huge nightmare.

I am so happy to know leasing consultant Caitlin Wetmore in Prism at Park Ave South Apartment! Caitlin is very professional, patient and nice person! Since my rental period is uncertain, Caitlin introduce “transfer program” of Equity community in the country, and gave me more choices. She explained all the detailed information to me, such a as location, building safety, transportation, furniture company if I need. She shared with me different room videos on my virtual tour. Especially gave me suggestions based my specific situation because I am from abroad, the rental process need more specific documents. She is very kind, polite and patient person. When I asked the rental documents, she explained many times in different ways to let me understand. I really appreciate her kindness.
