        Gerard did amazing job with our bathroom pipe, very fast and clean. Wonderful staffs and neighbors here. I definitely recommend this community!

        Update: Equity eventually got back to me and generally resolved the issue below. It still took too much time and effort in my opinion. Updating the review to 3-stars from the original 1-star. Original review: The apartment itself was fine, and I enjoyed my time at 180 Riverside Blvd. However, during the move out process Equity refused to honor the move-out balance figures provided by their own website when submitting notice. The local team stopped responded to emails and never provided a satisfying explanation. In addition, Equity corporate failed to respond to a NY Attorney General complaint and have not responded to multiple email escalations either. Regardless of whether it's me or Equity that's correct in the move out balance, they have failed to adequately respond. Be wary.
