211 East 70th Street

I would give 0 stars if possible. Rudin used to be well-known as an accommodating, friendly landlord and management company on the UES. I'm afraid that is no longer the case. I lived at 211 East 70th Street for two years. During this time there was at least 20 roaches/water bugs in the apartment. Long story short, Rudin was extremely unhelpful and did not resolve the problem until I hired my own extermination company. A few of the photos are attached.

I am delighted to write this well deserved review for an exceptional resident manager, Arben Berisha, and his incredible team at 211 East 70th Street. From day one, Arben and his team have worked tirelessly to ensure my living experience is nothing short of fantastic. I have been living in New York for nearly three decades and this team is world-class! First and foremost, Arben leads by example with his responsiveness and attentiveness. Whether it's a maintenance request, a question about COIs, or simply a friendly inquiry, Arben and his team are always prompt in addressing any concerns I may have. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring tenant satisfaction are truly commendable. Furthermore, the Rudin team consistently demonstrates a genuine concern for our well-being and comfort. They regularly organize community events and initiatives that foster a sense of belonging and camaraderie among residents - truly a warm and welcoming atmosphere for everyone. In addition to their exceptional interpersonal skills, the building team also excels in maintaining the property itself. The grounds are always impeccably landscaped, the common areas are kept clean and tidy, and any maintenance issues are promptly addressed. It's evident that the Rudins, Arben, and their team take great pride in their work, and attention to detail truly sets them apart. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of Arben and his team - Angel, Patrick, Jerry, Romer, Paul, Fernando, Ray, Robin, Robert, and Javier JUST to name a few. Their dedication, professionalism, and positive attitude have greatly contributed to making me and many of the residents at 211 East 70th feel at home. I feel very lucky to have a great team looking after me. Thank you so much!
