Riverwalk Park

Having been a tenant here since its opening, I've seen the journey of this building firsthand. Initially, there were hiccups and disagreements between tenants and management. However, the tide changed notably when Emir stepped in. His arrival seemed to ignite a positive shifta stronger bond between management and residents. Emirs unfailing eagerness to assist, coupled with a consistently cheerful demeanor and ever-present smile, has made a significant impact. Our family encountered a major apartment issue, but Emir swiftly intervened, resolving the matter with remarkable speed. This building, thanks in large part to Emir's efforts, now stands as a highly recommended place to live

I have been living in this building for a while now, and I must say that it has been a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. They are quick to respond to any issues that arise and make sure that everything is taken care of promptly. The building is well-maintained and always clean. The location is great, with easy access to public transportation and many restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, I would highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

I am a resident in the 460 Main street building. I had a few questions and also needed to update some personal information. I went to the management office and Emir Muminovic, the building manager went above and beyond to help me out and have all my questions and concerns answered in the most professional and polite way. Current resident at riverwalk park. Im extremely happy to report that from managment to concierge and maintenance, everyone who works here gives 11/10 service. In a city full of horrible renters experience, Riverwalk park is a breath of fresh air. I fully recommend checking out riverwalk park, you will not be disappointed!
