This is a beautiful building with excellent amenities (grill on the roof deck) and amazing building staff. The leasing team is very professional. Close to the midtown ferry so easy commute to NJ. The 7 train is nearby so easy to go crosstown; even out to the US Open tennis center in Queens! Good concessions being offered in this tough market. Great views in all directions.

Building is amazing, love the city and river views and sound proof floor to ceiling windows, great touring experience with Soie, definitely value added.

Delicately designed with relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Manhattan skyline is right there out of your window. Im 100% sure the management can ensure your expected living experience. They are so professional and helpful!

Lyra Apartments, located in the heart of New York City, exudes an atmosphere of modern chic. The intricate design of the apartments showcases modern aesthetics. The concept of an open floor plan, paired with floor-to-ceiling windows, fills the space with natural light and offers residents a stunning cityscape view.
The decor of the apartments is innovative and stylish, harmonizing beautifully with the overall city ambiance. Particularly the bedroom, with its minimalist yet nuanced design style and the beautiful view outside the window, is irresistible. Each morning, you can wake up to the bustling city; at night, you can fall asleep under the city's starlit sky.
The management team is also very professional and responsive. Whatever issues arise, they are always promptly addressed, leaving a deep impression on me.
However, if there is one area that could be improved, it might be the transportation. Despite the apartment's central location, getting around during peak hours might be a bit of a challenge due to city congestion. But this is a minor issue. If you're a fan of walking or biking, or you don't mind waiting a bit, this wouldn't affect your living experience at Lyra Apartments.
In summary, Lyra Apartments offer a modern, elegant, and comfortable living environment. Even though transportation might be a bit congested at times, it is undoubtedly an ideal choice for living in New York.

I have seen most buildings in the Hudson Yards neighborhood and I have to say this building really stood out! First of all, the people who work here were really the nicest, which is one of the main reasons why I chose the building. I live alone so it's nice to come home to a place where the building workers are so friendly! There is an amazing gym on the 33rd floor so it's awesome to work out (no basement gyms for me and they gave me amenities credit $1200!). There are loads of common areas to chill out or use as co-working space so I have a place to hang out if I'm working from home. I ended up getting a 1 bed with city views and it is just right for me and at night time, the views are out of this world! I work on the east side so I was sort of hesitant at first but it is so close to 7 train, it gets me there in about 20 minutes or so... I will be recruiting a couple of my friends to live in the building. Hopefully they will still offer free rent!
