The place is great, everything is new. The staff is amazing, they really make your day better. The location is the best part, super accessible and close to everything. The only problem is the elevator, there are only two of them to attend everyone, the third one has been broken forever and doesnt look like its going to be fixed anytime soon. Overall its an amazing place, but if youre gonna live here be prepared to spend up to 20 minutes of your day trying to get in or out your home.

Building Management actively ignores its residents' complaints.
Great proximity to MTA but overall overpriced for what is received in return.

Move-in experience was great! The assistant Property Manager, Front Desk attendant(s) & the Maintenance Mgr were all very professional and extremely helpful.

Great location with ALL subways within a few blocks, a solid grocery store (City Acres!) two blocks away, and plenty of dining options close by. Amenities are also as advertised: good gym, awesome roof deck + grill, and chill speakeasy. Super friendly front desk staff, capable mailroom, and excellent leasing team. I'm pretty picky about apartments/buildings and 63 Wall has been absolutely wonderful. My only feedback would be to make the lighting in the speakeasy more moody! :)

If I could give this zero stars I would. I moved out in October and still have not received my security deposit. What is worse is they keep sending me letters saying I need to pay my final electricity bill WHICH IVE ALREADY PAID (which btw my security deposit is 60x more than the amount of the bill amount they sent).
Management has zero empathy. Sure they say yes we understand, we will call you with more information and nothing. I have to keep pestering them.
Its sad because the front desk is wonderful and very kind. Just that management and whoever is in charge of cutting checks are horrible.
Please do yourself a favor and dont move in here.
