Went today for afternoon tea. It was fine. It met expectations. The food was ok. The tea was nice. Nothing really blew me away but nothing let me down either. The service was good and the atmosphere of the venue is nice

This was my first time going out to tea with my friend. The vibe and atmosphere is calm, relaxing and busy. The tea was really good, this coming from a non tea drinker. Food was good, I felt we could have gotten more for the price we paid.

BG Restaurant is one of my favorite places to go for an afternoon tea with a view. Its located on the 7F of the Bergdorf Goodman - a great place to get a sip during my shopping breaks! During the weekends it gets quite packed but you can always put your name down and come back when the tables are available. Id also recommend to always ask for a window seat for the stunning Central Park view. It has a great view of the southern Central Park and the Plaza Hotel, so if you have guests visiting from out of town, its also a nice place to take them. Ive tried both their dinner and afternoon tea, and most of the food I tried are pretty good, although a little overpriced. Their desserts are amazing and my favorite savory option goes to their deviled eggs and duck dumplings! I was just there a few days ago, and it seems they now work with Aubi & Ramsa on the ice cream options. Would love to come back again and give it a try!
