The entire process of working with Premium Home Service Locksmith & Car Keys has been incredible. I called them at 10:45 pm and someone actually picked up! I scheduled an appointment for the next day, at my preferred time (a window of 6 - 7 pm). The locksmith called me on his way over to my place and was super knowledgeable once he arrived. He gave me information on building code, safety tips, how to use my new lock, and more. Excellent all around!

Felik was amazing in cleaning my sofa, sectionals and 2 swivels. Ive used other cleaners and they were nothing like them. They brought their own pop up table and floor covering and put all of the sofa cushions on them while they washed the seats and pillows. It took them almost 4 hours whereas the other companies took half the time!

High-ranking customer service and direct communication. David answered the phone immediately and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. The service person was on time and fixed the problem within an hour. Small job but that didn't matter (which is a big plus since a lot of companies don't want to bother with small jobs). Thank you!
