        My car was hit by a deer and took out the right front area badly enough I could not drive it. I filed the claim with my insurance and Spragues took it from there. They came and took the car by flatbed while I went to the office and met Christina. She was extremely efficient and professional. I left with a rental and the feeling that all would be ok. They did all the necessary contacting with my insurance company and kept me updated on any and all issues with my car repair journey. Highly recommend Spragues.
