Jade is collegial and partners with you to decide on the best course of action to market your home so that you move it quickly and for a great price. In this market (I listed with her late Feb '24 and had multiple offers just a couple weeks later including an all cash offer), being sensitive to very quickly changing market forces is important and having a realtor who "gets it" can make or break a deal. Jade gets it. She is responsive, gets back to you quickly, is candid, and offers valuable guidance. Highly recommend.

Our realtor, Tom Lawrenson, did an outstanding job selling the house. This was part of an estate and the executor lived out of the area. Tom did a lot of on-the-ground coordination with contractors to get the house ready for sale and then continuing through the sales process. He is a great communicator with many years experience in realty. Tom did an outstanding job and we are very happy.
