This pharmacy is wonderful. It's very rare to find pharmacies that actually care about your health and well-being. The pharmacists have been going out of their way to take care of me and my entire family for years. Thank you!!

Times Ive stopped in New Windsor pharmacy to make purchases. Ive been able to find what I needed. Whether it was allergy medicine or first aid supplies or to use their photo copying machine to print out pictures and other various purchases. Staff members very friendly and professional and helpful overall very happy satisfied customer with every visit! Yeehaw!

My husband and I have been going to this small local pharmacy for years and have had no issues until recently when Joseph stopped working and a different pharmacist took over. This other pharmacist (Harry) is terrible. He has zero respect for his customers or his staff. He is especially awful towards women. His billing practices are really, really bad if not fraudulent. Routinely, he bills our insurance well before dispensing the medications. A few times he billed our insurance for a very expensive medication, then insisted it was too soon to fill the prescription when I came to pick it up. Eventually, after searching through the mess and piles of paperwork and prescription bags, and after arguing with me and his staff, he admitted the medication was no longer in stock. They had to back out the bill and it was all a big nightmare to correct. He never even apologized, just shrugged and walked away. The last straw was when he accused me of falsifying my address and threatened not to re-fill my monthly prescription. He was actually yelling at me, insisting my records were fishy and called me overly sensitive in front of his staff when I told him that his behavior was really disrespectful. Once he realized he had made a mistake, apparently he was confused and was looking at my previous address on file, he said (word for word): Im acting on behalf of the DEA because Joseph the owner wants it that way. Its all very weird and sad. Id prefer to support small and local businesses, but its not worth the time or energy dealing with Harry the nightmare pharmacist.
