I wasnt going to leave a review but since all other reviews are pretty bad, I thought I would add mine. 20 year chase customer I was trying to open a small business account naturally with chase. I had a government paper for my scorp along with my tax id number for my business, they also told me I needed $2,000 to put into the account to open it. The paperwork I brought wasnt good enough for them so tried to reschedule for the next week but they had to call me to do so as they werent sure about the schedule . When I didnt hear from them I called and again they said they were going to call me back. A month later Im still waiting for the call. Fortunately for me I reached out to Bank of America. They didnt need anything except my tax id number and I did everything right online, got approved within minutes and chase is history to me.
