I would like to give two reviews:
1. On January 2024, I had Royal Class services install a humidifier in my home heating system. In one of their visits, I was talking to one of their experts, Craig G. Hes a great person, very profesional. I explained to him that in the winter, my son wakes up with blood on his pillow from his nose. Craig G. suggested that I get a humidifier. I told him that Ive tried many humidifiers but none seem to work. That was when Craig G. mentioned a humidifier that is installed directly into your heating system. I agreed, and they came to install it. Since January, my son has stopped bleeding and has no dry throat or lips. I am so glad to be part of Royal Class Services.
2. This past Wednesday, my water heater broke down and I decided to call Royal Class Services. I left them a voicemail, it was after work hours, explaining my situation. In less than six minutes I got a call back. Since it was after work hours, I wasnt expecting to get a call back so quickly so that was a plus. They were ready to come to my house to fix the problem as soon as possible. They arrived the next morning and everything went smoothly. Once again they saved my home and family and I am grateful. To have a local company willing to come out for their customers no matter the time or situation is a luxury. When using Royal Class Services, I certainly do feel royal. Thank you.
