        Mercedes is a Gem! I went to another storage place which I won't name and I was so overwhelmed I just left. When I walked into Public storage Mercedes made me feel so comfortable and most importantly was very knowledgeable. Pricing is good everything was easy to navigate it's a no brainer.

        I had the most amazing move out experience today with Karen at the 5th Ave New Rochelle location. I hadnt been to the storage unit in years and she helped me find everything and guided me through the process with ease and understanding. She was super friendly and pleasant and I couldnt ask for a better customer service experience. Thank you Karen!!! Youre a treasure
