We held a family dinner there a few months ago! The food was delicious, the waitresses were extremely kind and courteous! Did I mention the food was incredible? So much so that were willing to drive from Peekskill to NewRo for another family dinner!!! Needless to say, highly recommended!!

I was looking for a good Haitian spot when I came across this Gem. Its clean inside, the chef came out from the back to ask us about our food - which was amazing by the way. Must check it out, you wont be disappointed.

I order from Mimis through Uber eats about twice a month. I have never been to the actual restaurant so I cant speak about service or its atmosphere. I always order the same thing and its good. It comes with a lot of rice. (Diri djon djon, & its usually yummy) I ordered my usual meal last night (Caribbean snapper with diri djon djon or black rice.), Ill admit it was close to closing so I was pretty nervous that the food might not be so tasty, to my dismay it was amazing!! Whoever was the cook last night (Tuesday, October 5th) put their foot in that food! I hope they make my food for every order! Everything was hitting!!! The fish was seasoned to perfection, rice was delicious! Ill probably place an order again tonight. Picture is from an older order, just for visual as to what you get.
