The nurse practitioner was rude and disrespectful she made me feel worse not better. The only reason why I'm giving it one star is because I can't post it without giving it a star & she don't deserve any stars for the service that she gave me

Vontaye Smith is rude and had an attitude. Firstly I had to call the office to ask why she was a no show on her video appointment? Was in her waiting room online for 30 minute , it said she was not online? Usually there is a message that you are next in line. When I called the office they told me she was running behind, then she called on phone, we never even had a video appointment. This is the first appointment with her as our last Dr left their practice. Guess its not important for her to see her patient. A psychiatrist not wanting to see her patient I thought was a bit odd. i continued on anyway. So appointment started a half an hour late. Then left me without medicine refills, medicine on for over 10 years because she literally started an argument. She clearly did not read the file. She is nasty and very upsetting. The most totally unprofessional person I have ever had to deal with in the medical field, Im almost 60.she not deserve the title Dr. shes a child and definitely should not be practicing in the mental field when she herself is a patient! When you finally get to speak to somebody in the mental field, and this is what you get? Is this called help? I am more upset now than before I ever spoke to her. I am a transfer patient from within the practice, my original psychiatrist left this particular practice. However, all the records are there and this was anything, but a smooth transition. That I waited for for several weeks! So have been out of medicine. Still am. Terrible terrible experience. She is argumentative. Im so very very upset. How is this positive mental help? Spoke to the office at Lifestance. I hope they are
finding a better solution quickly. This is terrible mental health!
