Chipotle Mexican Grill

They had my whole order wrong the meat wash burnt and cold and there was barely any meat and they added beans and I didnt ask for beans

I do not know what happened to this Chipotle. I have ordered here in the past and had no issues. Today I ordered 3 tacos, a lemonade, and 2 orders of chips with salsa. My tacos were missing the corn salsa, the lemonade was not in the bag, and the 2 orders of chips and salsa were not in the bag. The tacos were ice cold. I do not know who is working at this place but they are going to drive it to the ground. Disgusting. I like Chipotle for the vegetarian options. I think It is safe to say i will be going elsewhere in the future.

Missing items from my order ! More than half! No steak no corn no sour cream I paid 30 for basically rice and beans ! And I selected the extra steak option! Received no meat at all!!

Although I was excited that Chipotle opened in my neighborhood I couldnt be more disappointed in the cleanliness and service at this location. Every time I have come into the restaurant the seating area has been filthy. Additionally the workers seem overwhelmed and have very little service skills. These are easy fixes that management needs to address. I do not recommend ordering here if you are in a rush or want to dine in.

Truly a terrible place. they lie and tell you that your food is ready, when it isnt. I just saw a woman pick up her food, and she had waited 58 minutes. I have already been waiting 35 minutes for mine. This is the second time in a row they told me my food was ready when it wasnt. I will never, come here again.
