They've been incredibly responsive, stood behind their work, and taken the time to explain options and issues. A++. These guys are great. The Precision team is very responsive, and do high quality work. Worked with Chris Labozza at Precision this past week on the purchase and installation of certain marine electronics. Top notch service (excellent installation job) and Chris/Precision are great regarding communications (including around timing and price so no surprises). Importantly, they provided helpful responses to all my questions, and it never felt like I was getting the upsell from them on products. Highly recommend Precision for marine services.
