        Never showed up at our hotel for a wedding. Was supposed to send a van and car to make 2-3 trips to the wedding venue. 1.5 miles away. I set it up in advance. Spoke to them 3 days before. Then they never showed or responded to any messages. Went to voice mail every time. Left me stranded with 20 wedding guest. Horrible company.
