They didn't take my birthday reward. Said the company stopped doing the rewards program in December, but I received my birthday reward in February. Weird

The products are good and reasonably priced unfortunately every time I go there they are never opened the time theyre say theyre opened. Theyre sign even says open but when I try to enter the door is locked staff saying they seem ready to open yet.

I just left your site in New Rochelle, ny. The worker that you have working there is rude and she rushes everyone. I was the only one in the store with my young daughter. My daughter was picking out her froyo and toppings and I asked for a brochure for the week juicing menu. And she said look on the menu on the wall. I said that the wall menu doesn't tell you what is in the juicing detox menu. So I then ask her can she tell me. She said no. She couldn't help me. . She seemed very rushed and preoccupied by the empty store.. as I stated there wasn't anyone in the store. very upsetting as I was willing to place an order for a weeks worth of juicing.
