I saw Dr Bost a few years ago. She was excellent. But I just attempted to make an appointment to see her at West Med for a skin cancer screening. The only way to do this is through a third party call center contracted by West Med in Mexico. I was told that Dr Bost has ZERO appointments available through July 2024 (a year from now.) In other words Dr Bost is a doctor whom it is impossible to see. I asked for an email address so I could email her, or a phone number for the West Med facility. The call center was unable to provide any contact details whatsoever. Because it is impossible to make an appointment with Dr Bost - or even communicate with her - she is no longer an actual doctor. Rather, she has become a listing on a website, a name on the screen of an outsourced center employee thousands of miles away. She is a digital representation of a doctor, a figment of West Med's imagination. Shame, because when I saw her a few years back she was great. Welcome to healthcare in 2023.

Love love love Dr. Bost Very knowledgeable about her profession. And most importantly She speaks to you as if you were talking with a friend, giving a good advice And truly listening to whats going on with you.
