More upselling than a used car dealership service department. In my experience the office isnt transparent with additional cost (notified by front staff at checkout, oh, by the way we needed to do some different x-rays that your insurance doesn't cover and it's gonna be X amount of dollars), pushy when it comes to electronic toothbrushes that you can get at a Costco or Sam's for significantly less price, and your hygienist is constantly pushing you to buy things as well. As a healthcare professional, I was searching for a new Dentist during the pandemic, and found this Office. On my initial visit I found the front desk and staff to be friendly, the office was clean, and they had a Covid protocol which appreciated. I was informed that I had the beginning stages of gingivitis and needed a laser treatment to fix this problem. I subsequently learned that a deep scaling which insurance would have covered would be as effective and not cost $500 +. treatment. Despite this, I did find the Dentist to be competent and knowledgeable, so I came again from my cleaning the following year, and sent my mother in law and husband. Ironically, both of them had a similar experience as regards to the upselling and my husband, even though I warned him ended up falling for the same $500 +treatment that I did. I gave them two stars because I was happy with the actual service but during these times where everyone is financially prudent, it makes more sense if you have insurance to go to a provider that tried to work with your insurance and offer covered alternatives if dental health is the goal. Just my humble opinion!

I generally don't like going to th dentist. But Dr Lewis is very patient and gentle, the staff is very friendly and helpful . Their spa cleaning is the best. I also love my teeth whitening results. I've been a patient for many years and highly recommend this office to all of my friends and family .

Had a great cleaning with Hope, very gentle. Bibi at the front is very sweet and always hopeful. Dr. Lewis is also very thorough. Good care
