Sinnott Management Co

Building management company is rude on the phone and not very helpful. We've called and emailed over a dozen times over the course of the last year and a half, and have had no assistance adding a parking spot to our lease, no word of a waiting list to put our names on, and have been discouraged from continuing to follow-up.

During this last snow storm this team of Sinnott Management was amazing. As a first responder it was nice to have my car's parking spot cleared and have a safe way to drive to work. The walkways were cleared and safe. And we have plenty of heat

This Management company is run by people who should have retired 20 years ago. They manage buildings in the Westchester Area that are plagued with mice, bed bugs and roaches. They do not care about the community or humankind. It’s a slumlords paradise allowing these people to run their buildings. Stay away from Sinnott/Broadview Properites they allow anyone in the office to disrespect you and treat you as a degenerate. You’ve been warned...
