very bad experienced totally scam i paid $706 for llc registering but with in 2 days i canceled my process and they took 9 days for the refund and they only gave $585 and took $121 for nothing i suggest no one to go with myusacorporation costumer service is very bad they even don't reply to your mail i mailed around 15/20 mail but got only 1 in reply totally shamed with costumer service i request who ever is planning to go with myusacorporation please stop better search another

scam. they scammed me out of a filing they said they did and i ended up going to the state and the state didnt have any documentation from them and myusacorporation refused to issue refund

Would not recommend them to anyone, I have been waiting since 6 months to receive my EIN. These guys have wasted my time to initiate my business & put me completely off schedule. I would like to see what excuse they have this time as the IRS "45 business days" has passed away months ago. I was then conveniently told on 10th October that my EIN application was "not found in IRS system" & they had to re-submit it which means it was never submitted in the first place. I have run out of patience & if I do not get a resolution soon I will have to contact my credit card company.
