Since the Montgomery office closed, I've been visiting the New Paltz location where the only good thing is the doctor. It's a crying shame that the office staff is unprofessional. Upon entering the office you'd be expected to be offered a greeting but they were too busy watching videos on their phones and laughing. The long blonde admonished a man picking up his glasses that "oh we contacted you a reaaally long time ago" ... what difference does that make? The office will text remind you for you appointment but then doesn't call you to let you know your glasses are done? Instead I got a text to a number they haven't used in years and somehow I'm supposed to "come in and look at the computer together" to find out why they don't make a phone call?! Just save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.

Always such a treat coming into this office! Got my legit first eye exam ever here when I was a child, moved away for 15 + years, just went back, and its better than ever! Max, the intern, is incredible and explained my exam in more detail than I think Ive ever gotten! He also got my eyes to 15/20 with glasses! Dr. Morrison even told me (jokingly) I shouldve been a fighter pilot . Will helped me pick the PERFECT glasses; Im highly indecisive and he helped me get a pair that fit my face, personality and budget perfectly. Picked my new glasses up today, then drove 7 hours on a road trip and they are definitely the best glasses Ive ever had. Hectic traffic, lights and road signs on the highway that would have usually overwhelmed me, was made perfectly clear and easy with my new glasses. Thank you Dr. Morrison and co! If you need an eye exam and want the real deal, this is your spot! Im definitely a client for life!

The staff at the front desk was helpful and kind, the doctor who saw me was AMAZING!! Gave so much information made me feel comfortable and cared about and explained all of my concerns to me in great detail and educated me on the issues I felt I was having. If I could give 10 stars I would.

the eye doctors are good but the front end is far from helpful. I needed a question answered. they didn't know the answer and weren't interested in finding out the answer for me. I was told what I was looking for just didn't exist. odd, because I knew it did. I researched it myself and called back with the answer/trying to be helpful as they were not aware of the brand of contacts with "123" etched on them for ease of knowing if they're inside out. I was put on hold and then disconnected. no call back. oh well, it's probably time to go elsewhere. they moved and are now farther away anyway.
