Ive been trying to get some dental work done at this place. Every appointment takes about 3-4 month. Once you finally get to see the doctor, they spend about 5-12 min with you and push you to the next appointment. After 4 visits in one year, I only managed to get some X-rays done and a very brisk ( 9 min ) and rough dental cleaning. They say its free or low cost, but they still charge your insurance, but the care you get confirms that nothing good comes for free . I am never coming back to their dental practice. Maybe their general medical practice is better, but I dont want to spend another year to find out.

Horrible customer experience. Had a rescheduled appt cancelled the day before my appt, that I had booked 8 months in advance, and their next available appt isn't for another 5 months. Totally unacceptable.

Horrible. I made an appointment and walked all the way there just for them to tell me I never made an appointment and they don't have my name on file. even though I know I did and gave the name of the girl I talked too. Even when I explained my situation they were very rude to me and not accommodating at all. Go somewhere else.
