Hetty Chung, MD

I think Dr Chung is ok but her office staff is very incompetent. They cannot set up my wifes appointments properly and then the wait was 4 hrs because the doctor called out sick and no one told her and then when she asked them to transfer the records to a new clinic, they didnt even send the lab results and any useful information. Good luck with this office, the staff and especially the Indian girl doing the scheduling is so rude and incompetent, I dont know how anyone can be seen at this clinic.

At 65 years old, I found myself in search of a brand new OB/GYN. The Doctor Who I had been with, for many years was retiring, so of course, I searched and asked many people for a recommendations. Having many issues, I really needed to find a Doctor Who would really listen and explain to me all of my concerns that I had. I hit the lotto search for an OBGYN when I found Dr. Chung! I felt welcomed and cared for. She was kind, compassionate, and patient and takes the time to address all of my concerns. She made me feel like I was her only patient for the day. I would truly recommend her and her entire staff.

Ive been going to Dr Hetty Chung for the several years now. She is undoubtedly the most patient, caring, and compassionate, doctor. She supported me through my first birth, a very long, difficult labor that would have resulted in a cesarean in any other obstreticans hands. Her patience, motivation and empathy helped realize a successful, healthy birth. Having Dr Chung in my life I know I am the best hands, well cared for in the most personalized and professional manner.

An Extraordinarily Skilled and Caring Doctor Dr. Chung performed a hysterectomy on me yesterday with such skill that I came away feeling that I had received the best care humanly and robotically possible!! Her talent, warmth, and professionalism made this experience an extraordinarily good one and I would like the world to know that they would be in the best hands if they had the good fortune to go to her.

I feel like it's rare to find people who truly care these days but Dr. Hetty is someone who truly cares about her patients. She has been a true doctor in every sense... caring, knowledgeable, sympathetic and reassuring. Just grateful that I found her.
