Dr. Levine is wonderful. I did the Rezum and 6 mos later it's like I'm in my 40's. I did it because I trusted Dr. Levine and his skill. Even though he sees many patients I always feel like he's is giving me personal attention. That's to his credit.

/Very caring and swift action on needed for care. Staff is very responsive to patient needs and acts accordingly. 5/20/2021 Saw Levine today and had scope done. He and I spoke about nature of my problem and we are working on a plan. Great doctor . Too bad he's not a G.P. I could use one his age who has a specialty in geriatrics!

After waiting day after day to get approval for couple of tests the urologist ordered and then being given an authorization code that I was unable to use to make an appointment for my tests. Between calling this office, and my insurance company, and the testing center I was unable to get anywhere so I ended up going to the emergency room to get my tests done. In my opinion, this office has terrible service and couldn't care less the hassle I was going through in order to get these tests scheduled let alone be bothered in calling me after telling them I was going to the emergency room to do these tests. I will not be going back and I recommend you find another urologist office so you don't have to go through the same experience I had.
