Jericho Specialty Imaging

I have been going to Jericho Specialty Imaging for all my testing over the years. The office staff is extremely friendly and I like the fact that you get the personal attention as opposed to an impersonal hospital setting. I always receive my reports within 24-48 hours which is great so I can schedule my follow up with my doctors right away. Appointments were always given to me quickly where I did not have to wait weeks for an appointment. I highly suggest you give JSI a try and you wont be disappointed.

Worst experience employees on reception desk are extremely rude and rather than providing good service they run from work and do not help. I wish some action can be taken on them for their negligence.I gave them all information and they called insurance and did mistake in telling them my correct information so insurance was not able to find me rather then informing me or conforming correct information they cancelled my appointment and did not even bother to inform me I was in deep pain so doctor ordered my MRI and these people made it worst and I had to take appointment somewhere else. I wish I could give them stars in minus and file a legal complaint on them.

Doctors please dont recommend this to any patients , no helps from front desk . My doctors office sent me here for MRI . I received the pre approval , make an appointment. When I showed off , they told me they didnt receive any prescription.As per the front desk person they are not responsible for the prescriptions, patient supposed to be . I asked why they didnt inform me before , I denied to do my test . So I went back to my doctors office physically, got my prescription , now waiting for MRI , hoping this will happen
