      image After numerous calls to customer service this evening, I was informed that the "technician wasn't available." Meaning, Orkin wasnt availible to honor an appointment that they confirmed the night prior. As a first time customer I am highly, HIGHLY disappointed in Orkins service so far! Not only did no one call me to tell me that no one could do today's service, I also only found that information out after having to call a 3rd customer service number! Ofcourse after leaving work early to be available for someone that was never going ro show up. Terrible terrible service!

      image Brian from Orkin is great. He always calls me to give me updates if I'm not home. Very thorough. Even gave me some suggestions to take care of an issue I had under my sunroom. Suggested I put chicken wire by the base of the crawl space, so that I don't get any more critters down there. It worked. Service: Rodent extermination
