      David, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We've seen a fair amount of increase in 'in-person' visits at the office given the climb in vaccination rate. We are making sure to take all necessary measures to keep the safety of our staff and patients in mind which has certainly added extra steps to the process. We assure you we are continuing to work on this with our staff and we hope to change your experience in your upcoming visits.
