The staff at the New Hyde Park office were fantastic .. They were very sympathetic to my needs and issues ... Joe the tech. That administered the oxygen therapy had the best of bedside manner I ever experienced....

I rarely, if ever, write reviews. But Im compelled to do so here. Love the staff. Akeisha at the Lake Success office front desk is the best! She is always kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful. The nursing staff and techs are all amazing. No hesitation in highly recommending.

This is not even my doctors office, but it is the first doctors office you pass when you walk in. Ive never been to this building before so when i walk in & i see a sign that says ring for help i rang it because I was lost. The lady stands up & asks me what she can help me with & she seems perfectly fine. I know some places can have doctors offices, law offices,etc in one so i ask her if this is the right place for my doctors appointment. She gets so much attitude out of nowhere & says well i dont know what doctor youre seeing so i cant help you I tell her the doctors & she super rudely tells me its upstairs. I can sense her attitude so i say thank you sooo much in a super sarcastic tone since i dont know what her problem is. I start to walk away & she starts mumbling how im rude. I walk back & ask her what her problem is & she starts raising her voice telling me im rude. I tell her that i only said thank you sarcastically because its clearly to much for her to help people in the building who walk in. She starts using profanity & calling me names, so i lose my cool & i call her a name, because how are you the one who works here & youre mumbling things under your breathe & calling me names. I call her a name & walk away laughing because its so ridiculous & she tells me ya mother ya mother. Im a 21 year old woman & i have never asked to speak to management in my life, well i tried today & i couldnt find anybody. This was a grown woman at least 25-30 saying ya mother please grow up. All i know is she does not deserve to be working there, i work in customer service too & understand its hard but how are you gonna completely lash out at a patient who was just asking where to go??? She deserves to be fired.

I decided to try Hyperbaric oxygen therapy, after trying everything else, because I am currently suffering from sudden sensorineural hearing loss. Unfortunately, the treatments did not cure my hearing loss, although I do think they helped to reduce the intensity of my tinnitus (which came with the hearing loss). However, my experience of HBOT at both the Woodbury and Lake Success location was amazing. The facility is immaculate, the staff is wonderful, and my overall experience was amazing. I truly enjoyed my time there and I am grateful for everything they did for me. Thank you to all the staff at both the Woodbury and Lake Success locations for being so supportive and attentive, I truly appreciate it. And I wish the best of luck for anyone who tries this therapy. Thank you Scott
