Ive been seeing Dr. Luo for the last year and hes extremely knowledgeable and kind! Ive suffered for years with really bad allergies but now I finally feel normal. The new office is extremely clean and all the staff are extremely friendly!

I'm a patient of this doctor's office I must say when I came in here my allergies and asthma where at the highest of high .Since then I have been doing allergies shots and asthma shots. And I must say everything is much better with the help of the staff and doctor at basicare. If there's a doctor that you need this is the one for your allergies and asthma.
