NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! But Dr Cohen is a good doctor! shame

Drs are good but the worst office, the girls are rude, they hang up on you. Pro health needs to clean up that office. Was on hold two days in a row for an hour. Staff rude when you ask a question even during an emergency.

I am turning 78 years old, Vietnam Vet, applying for life insurance and was given tentative approval, however, North Shore had taken several months to finally submit my requested medical records, and yet, the policy approval is being held up again due to their not receiving a echocardiogram from 2019 which the underwriter requested. This is frustrating beyond comprehension, because I have a young family that is dependent on this policy, my others ended after 20 years. I have been pleading and contacting North Shore for these records, however, they are slow moving and negligent and now my premiums have gone up because of my age change which is substantial because they have taken so long to provide what is only a partial documentation. The doctor I attended at North Shore has since left his association with them and has no means of getting those records, so I am no longer a patient at North Shore and I suppose they are not being fully cooperative as a result. I will be conferring with counsel and other state agencies if my test is not submitted by this Monday, i have sent them that notice.

So after 15 years of being a Prohealth patient I AM DONE. Primary care needs to change their name to I DON'T CARE. Try calling for an appointment, on hold forever. Great call back system, "leave your number and we will call you back ASAP". I called 4X w/o a call back. MY (EX) primary refused to refill some RX w/o seeing me for a few months. She is 100% correct. The only problem is she is not available for 2 plus months! So I left he a message that I can't get an appointment can she step in and advise as to what I should do. OF course, no call back except from my pharmacy who received a call that I need to make an appointment.I called again and was advised that my Dr. is not available. SOLUTION is to get rid of every prohealth Dr. I see and switch to a new group.
