Some workers here will go above and beyond to help and others just want to get you off the phone they have no patience and are rude, unprofessional and poorly run, maybe it will get better since empire blue cross m blue shield took over well see

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Integra is EXTREMELY disorganized and unprofessional. I joined a year ago for a CDPAP program which ended in October (without notice). I submitted the employee fitness form and they still did not notify me of any termination but because my mom retired shortly after and was able to stay home to take care of my ill father then it didnt bother me. The practice of suddenly terminating services is practiced in Integra. My dads dialysis center had called us to inform us that Integra terminated his plan and the transportation he was receiving obviously would be terminating as well. Integra DID NOT notify us of any termination. They have 2 phone numbers in the system if they cannot reach me with my personal phone number they have our house phone number so theres no excuse. Also its 2023 mail exists. I wanted an immediate answer and I had to go through hell and back just to contact the case manager Sonya. She goes on to say that they sent out a form in September to fill out (which we faxed). This is not the first time that I spoke with Sonya but it sounds like shes not even near the telephone and she is on speaker all the time. Its extremely hard to understand what she is saying because it sounds like she is 10 yards away from the phone but this is all they do in order for you to not ask that many questions. We needed some equipment for my father and we requested this through the nurse and through Integra themselves. We ended up just buying the stuff ourselves with our own money because they took extremely long (never completed our request) and it makes you wonder if anyone even works here at all. Im proud to say that Im no longer a member with Integra and I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy.
