If I couldve given 0 stars I would have!
My Dear Father DIED there in 1999 from negligence! I would visit at different times, to find his clothes soiled, had to repeatedly ask for a staff member to bathe him. Other times he would be in his room in a wheelchair all alone. Another time I checked his styrofoam cup, to find after lifting the lid, MOLD floating in the juice! I wish he was never there! He ultimately died septic, alone, and no doubt in pain! Many years have gone by, but I have never forgotten, the horrendous care he received. Even after many complaints, there was no improvement. I felt tricked into signing him into long term care from short term care. Folks trying to assure me it would be the best for him. Unless there has been a MAJOR overhaul, and hiring of more caring staff, Im convinced nothing has changed.
