The office staff is totally incompetent every time I called to get results of a test I got a different answer. They couldnt find my scan even though I had it faxed to the office 3 times. When I finally spoke to the doctor he looked at a previous test that he wanted me to take and told me that there was something on my thyroid and I should see an endocrinologist. The endocrinologist send me for an ultrasound, Im now waiting to have a biopsy done. This office is totally incompetent including Dr. Steinberg

I honestly would had loved to even meet the doctor if you could get passed his rude receptionist. I tried to be a new patient, but that didnt even happened. I called 6/7/2021 at 11:30 am and a lady answered and started asking me my. Personal information and was so rude about the whole process. I got cut off in every word and she was giving an me an attitude. My phone call unfortunately got cut off, but I this doctor was recommended to me so I called again. I waited ten minutes for anyone to pick up the call and no one did. So Yeap going somewhere else. Good luck to anyone trying to get an appointment here.
