As a newly graduated registered nurse, I am grateful for my experience at Northwell IFN with Ms. Rebecca and her team. They have created a welcoming atmosphere that encourages continuous learning, promotes advancing medical skills, and fosters long-lasting relationships among medical personnel. Being a new grad can be overwhelming, especially when becoming a member of an award-winning health community: Northwell; thankfully, having Melissa, Elizabeth, and their other team members as our support is what we all need as new nurses. At this facility, every new member is educated on reducing health disparities by promoting health equity and mental wellness. Other educational topics are sepsis, medication, medical emergencies, humanism, professionalism, and much more. In addition, this facility has state-of-the-art technologies to replicate hospital setting emergencies and hands on skills learning.

mazing place and experience. The place is clean, big and has a lot of model to practice diferent medical skills and the class are very interactive.
