Good reviews must be from people with the types of insurance the dentist prefers. The dentist spoke very condescendingly in front of her assistant. I need a deep cleaning which my insurance wont cover unless in her own words Your teeth are rotting I also have early signs of dental disease which I only mentioned is hereditary . Im far from unintelligent and I know it is avoidable / reversible with better oral hygiene and more frequent visits. However she felt the need to scoff at me with a very annoyed tone BUT IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE HEREDITARY Bedside manner is everything and I dont trust anyone with that kind of attitude or disdain for the kind of insurance I carry working on my mouth. I would just write it off as an off day but it has happened twice. Im more than willing to pay out of pocket for a deep cleaning they actually offer decent pricing and payment installment options and Ive paid way more for cosmetic whitening. However speaking to a patient condescendingly and exaggerating the severity of their oral health is not the way to get them in the chair.

I like coming to Park One Dental, Dr. Sapan is very nice and easy to work with. I think Dr. Sapan is an excellent dentist. The employees in the office are very nice and easy to talk to.

It was an easy appointment, the dentist was nice and helpful. Good friendly staff.
