I was waiting for a hour to be seen by Dr, Rutovsky and once I was in the exam room I overheard a nurse say he was out getting coffee. I walked out but not after getting my co-pay refunded. The office is small, dirty and in the stone ages. Plenty of other good doctors out there.

I wont give the office 5 stars at all First of all. The office is too busy .. that's normal.. but its old and not clean at all I saw dr Edward.. and I had a stress exam done to me 2 weeks ago.. no one called me to tell me th he results.. I called the office 2 times and they told me that the cant give me the results till the doctor sees them .. are you kidding me?? 2 weeks and the dr has no time to call a patient I it's better to go to different offices to someone who care about their patients and give them the attention they deserve
