        Hes quiet but very competent. I trust him implicitly. He referred me to Dr Chinitz when I needed a new heart procedure at NYU Langone .

        Dr. Blau has been my cardiologist for over 20 years and has provided me with outstanding service. I have never had such a caring, intelligent and intuitive physician. Dr. Blau is a straight talker and does not suffer fools lightly. Work with him and he'll extend your life.

        Dr. Blau has extremely poor clinical skills and bed side manner. When COVID hit he was hiding in his basement while other doctors were out there on the front line. He does not keep you informed. For example , if there is a minor problem on a test, he will just wave at it and not tell the patient. I had to analyze my tests myself because I didnt trust him. I think the best cardiologist award is a fake/replica that he just put up to boost his ego and mislead his patients

        Dr. Blau has horrible bedside manners. In-person he is rude and condescending. My mom was a patient of his. Due to her limited English I went to translate. He was upset, rude and short tempered when asked a question. He did not give me time to translate his response. It was as if how dare I question him. He opened the door and responded in the doorway. I highly suggest another doctor if you want to be treated like a human being. Im appalled with his behavior and lack of professionalism.
