The lady who took our order was very rude. The coffee was awful. The guy who took my money was sweet but my coffee I ordered was done all wrong. I tried to explain to her how I wanted it and she was making comments just awful there. Ive been there a few times not too bad but this was the worst! Ill stick to the one on Oriskany blvd.

Large mocha Cappuccino is always 3/4 empty, why?? They are certainly making a very large profit charging for a large but giving a small.... cannot find a working telephone number for the burrstone rd location. Listed number just goes to voice-mail which is always full. I'm disabled and cannot get to the store to return items, people either drop it off to me on way to work or I order delivery. The owner needs to step up and actually pay attention to what is going on at this store. Have some integrity, make sure customers are receiving good coffees & food. Not uncooked bacon (happens all the time). Half filled drinks, barely warm coffees, etc. Maybe codes needs to be called constantly until things improve ?? Get it together dunkin or move on & close this store.
