Horrible online banking. Mobile deposit is terrible.

Terrible bank. They make everything harder for the customer. I closed my account here so they make me “go in” to the bank to cash my check. Every. Week. There was a customer waiting in the 5x5 foot room waiting to deposit his check, they told him that he HAD to go through the drive thru to do that, after 10 minutes of waiting. No signs on the door. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the teller who always helps me is nice and is just doing his job. Other than that, avoid Berkshire bank at all costs. No matter which location. I can honestly say they try hard to make every customers experience harder than it needs to be.

This bank is terrible! I have been depositing my payroll check for the last 2 years and the girl every time says the funds will be available next day!
