        Very nasty and unprofessional. Called to make an appointment and told them my insurance. They asked that I provide insurance referral from my primary care. I did that and made appointment. They do ask for a credit card upfront. They then called me back and said they had now decided not to take my insurance and would have to cancel my appointment-no discussion. They did offer to see me if I would pay--No chance Not nice people-stay away

        Well organized efficient office. No long waits like other drs. Dr.Pak and her staff are on top of everything from the time you walk in until you're sitting with Tony going over your options for prescriptions being filled. Highly recommended

        Absolutely no bed side manner with this doctor! Horrible experience! Would not recommend or ever go back! If you want a caring doctor see Dr. John Chang in Pearl River.
