        I have been calling for 2+ weeks - cant get to anyone and the phones just hang up on you after you follow the prompts to get an operator or want to access company directory. I have left messages in the general mailbox and no one calls back - this is a horrible way to conduct business - especially when you are in need to speak to anyone for a claim. Sad, Sad way of keeping clients - so I am gone after 21 yrs and this was the only time I had to call !

        i have been working with with hub in new city for years without issues well i just got the runt of the litter there ..should of gotten her name she said she cannot take third party info lol and would not take any info until after the insured called means shes just lazy or busy and took no info its a shame thats the new work ethic from todays youth
