        I came across this Agency while I was shopping around for Homeowners and auto insurance. Ms. Ulana Wilson-Ortra was my saviour. She showed excellent work ethics and went above and beyond to help me. Customer service seems to be at its lower rate, but Ms. Wilson just proved to me that Westrock Insurance Agency still performs at an extremely Higher Rate. Thank you so much.

        My wife's car was hit by an unlicensed illegal alien, (but the car had insurance) and I called Westrock insurance. Brenda stayed after hours on Friday of the Labor Day weekend and worked tirelessly to assist us in getting a claim number. Thank you Brenda, you are a tough cookie, but are there for the Clients!
