        I was distraught when our basement flooded with black water from the street sewer line. At the sewer specialists recommendation, we called SERVPRO. A Supervisor arrived on the scene with a team ready to clean up the putrid puddles in our basement as the sewer person was finishing up. The Supervisor was very knowledgeable in explaining my options. The team was thorough, professional, and very respectful to my elderly parents. Not wanting to hover over them and get in the way while they worked, I only ventured down to check after they left. Their office staff was phenomenal in keeping me updated with the status of my claim! They even got the damage covered by my insurance. The noise of the machines were well worth the result. Our basement smelled like a walk though a pine forest on a spring morning, a stark contrast to the smell of sewage. Highly recommend! Will definitely use them again!

        I had an exceptionally terrible experience with this company. It was not just about the quality of the service, it was way beyond that, and the nightmare continued for months. Its very important to know who you invite into your home. I encourage you to look up BBB reviews and wonder why businesses change names, and whether they have court records with citizens. I encourage everyone to read reviews before they pick a company who will enter their home by the nature of the business. Its also very important to keep in mind in general that sometimes if a company only has great reviews, there could be ominous reasons as to why.
