        Im not recommending anyone they came yesterday cleaned drain looks like working but next morning same problem worse than before I called them they said if we come again we charge again

        When I called they did come the same day for repair but their rates are very high. The company dibble charged me for the same job because they were unable to shut the water off. I called and they told me its just the way they do their billing. Very unfair pricing wont be using them again.

        Poor service and unprofessional staff. Purchase a NAVIEN broiler from them to save money with the instant hot water feature. The installation was not properly done. They kept denying it and charge me service fees everytime they come to check out the unit . Navien send out a tech and they found the installation was wrong. B*R is still trying to cure the issue a year later!
