We had our Christmas lights done this year by Justin. They look amazing. Justin was very personable and professional. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their holiday lights done.

Justin installed the lights last year, 2020. We had zero issue working together. He was paid immediately upon receiving his invoices. The charge was $3,000. This year he sends me a bill for $3,600. I questioned it, he said he messed up and ate it last year (have texts to prove it), and while he didnt charge me last year, he had to this year. I questioned why he never told me it was going to add $600 a year to the bill, he agreed he did not tell me, so he offers to take off the extra lights, and charge me $3200 this year. I said why not go back to the original price and design. he said no thanks i'll pass, and then ignored me for a few days, finally responds with a huge paragraph and blocks me. WELL, im in my office, dig up our original contract, and PS it said if i booked by september 15 2021 the price would be $2800 this year. Well i tried to book him on Sept 13th when this nonsense ensued. Justin is a teacher. NOT a business owner. While he may be a nice person and does good work, MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING, MAKE HIM SIGN IT AND HOLD HIM TO HIS WORD. I do this for my children, not for me. Now i have to scramble to see if someone else can do it.

Excellent service and quick response time! Justin and his team did an amazing job on our home! I especially liked that he sends you different ideas of what you can do to your home if youre indecisive!
